Is this rough idle a tuning issue?

My tuner gave me a baseline tune not a 100% custom tune for the 60#'s injectors SCT MAF. so i can drive it around until I put the 2.76 upper and custom tune. It was driving for a week until today.

Well I drove the car today to try and break in the clutch ASAP for tuning, stop and go traffic, and i noticed my IAT1's were around 98-100 and my IAT2's were around 150ish. After i went home I noticed a low level in the coolant (about an inch under the fill line). i let her idle for about 5 mins and i noticed that at some point the engine starts to drop down almost like a vac leak but then i guess it richens itself out to stop it from dying out? Right after this happens a tiny bit amount of white/greyish smoke begins to comes out from the tail pipes. No smoke is visible at all initially at start up or before the motor does that "dying out" thing. Is this because the tune is not 100 percent? And yes of course I have not even touched boost. No milky oil.
