Is this the correct bumper for a '04 SVTF EAP 5 door?

I'm still looking for a Sonic Blue '04 SVTF EAP 3 door, but I came across this 5 door online. The bumper doesn't have any foglights, so I'm thinking it's been swapped. I'm not crazy about a 5 door, but if nothing else better presents itself, I might pick it up.

I came close to picking up a '03 SVTF 3 door that already had the EAP rims and HIDs, but the seller decided to keep the car at the last minute. So the search continues...

You are correct that's not the factory bumber.:beer:

I'm sorry but that one looks horrible. neither bumper is svt. probably had a kit on it (or accident), sold it before getting rid of the car. owner was a cheap ass and replaced it with zx5 bumpers.
