Last year I replaced the O2 sensors with new ones from the dealer. They said the ones for my 2010 were discontinued, but had a replacement sensor.
After I put them in, the car would run good for about 10 seconds, then it would start running poorly for about 20 seconds, then it would clear up and run fine. My tuner said my short fuel fuel trims were not reading. This was late in the season, so I just put the car away for the winter.
When I got it out in the spring, I put some new O2 sensor extensions on for my long tubes to try to fix the problem. It did not change anything ( they were cheap so no big loss).
I decided to try the old sensors back in the car ( good thing I am somewhat of a hoarder and cant throw anything away) and the car ran perfectly.
I made a video showing how well the car runs with the old sensors and how poorly it runs with the ford replacements. I also put part numbers of the old and new sensors so you will know which ones to avoid.
