ITBs not performing?

Is it just me or should this car be making more power? Individual Throttle Bodies are supposed to produce gains across the entire board but this car makes roughly the same power as a car with the standard BOSS302 intake and the same mods (long tubes, exhaust, tune), maybe even less. And they mentioned that they kept the VCT with their MOTEC ecu. Bad tuning, low reading dyno, or not enough mods to take advantage of the intake?

Probably not needed since that car can't weigh much, might also be for longevity.

ya that RTR-X won't be needing much power or torque, I believe Vaughn stated in another video that it weighs almost 2900 lbs. It also carries a cantilever rear suspension, which is ingenious.

I guess that makes since, and I also found out it was 91 octane so that is a factor as well.

Regarding peak hp concerns, ITBs are all about throttle response and midrange.
