JDM 2.80 or Reichard Racing 2.80 pulley....

Hey guys I planned to upgrade to a 2.80 upper pulley but dont know which pulley to go with.... In your opinion which one would you all use? Which one do you think will not have little or no belt slipage? Thanks guys I ll will be using the pair of JDM 100mm Idler pulleys. So which pulley do I combo up with JDM 100mm idlers? And is it nessecary to use a metco auxilary Idler?

I have the RR 2.95 pulley, no idler, no slip. RR makes some quality shit.
