Hi there guys, got an odd one here. My sons '04 Cobra keeps popping fuse 19 in the engine bay. It's the 10 amp fuse for the charge air cooler pump (supercharger intercooler pump), every time I put a new 10 amp fuse in for the charge air cooler pump relay and try and do the ol jump the relay trick it pops the fuse.

It seems like the pump is grounded out inside internally or possibly the wiring is grounded out somewhere along the way. The wiring looks good so I'm thinking the pump went bad and is grounded out internally. Thoughts and opinions greatly appreciated! Thanks fellas

It could just be seized and drawing too much load.

Try unplugging the pump and then jump the relay. If it still blows, you have a power wire touching ground somehow.

If not, it’s the pump seized or shorted circuit internally. Either is just a new pump. Could try and reach into the pump and spin the impeller maybe.
