Just curious, is the tick bad for the Cobra, or just annoying?

Has anyone had the tick fixed in the Phoenix area. If so what dealer has a good service dept and which don't?

I have a 10th ... and the "tick". I'll probably send it in in a few weeks. It's on the driver's side. It is loudest when the car is warmed up and cruising @ 2500 - 2700 rpm.
