I just got the datalogger working on my 03 cobra and im wondering which perameters i should select to make sure my tune is ok? (different elevation than previous owners)

Do you have a wideband? That's probably the most critical item to watch.

With as much power as you're making I'd monitor the duty cycle on those injectors. I bet you are very close to maxing them out.
