Just got my Vin # and scheduled date

Ordered July 7th.
Ordered in system July 9th.
DORA on July 11.
Moved to Priority 1 July 30
Received my vin # and scheduled date yesterday.

My dealer is one of the biggest in Western Canada with an allocation of one per month. Guess they have a little pull . Or they just want to get paid. I have bought 10 vehicles from them so I guess they want to treat me right.

I actually didn't even think that was possible. As far as I knew, that priority was reserved for special circumstances. For example, they build your car and it is damaged during transport. You would get a new order, set to Priority 1, and it would build right away.

Mine went to priority 1 as soon as it was scheduled, I think that is normal.

Yes, that is completely normal. I am sure it was entered as a Priority 10, and then when it was scheduled it went to priority 1.

Right, except his was moved to Priority 1, then a couple days later it was scheduled. That is not normal as far as I know.

It has to move to priority 1 to get scheduled.

Congrats Cobra99. Weird but I have seen a number of Canadians who seem to receive their cars rather quickly.
Then you have the almost typical wait - as for me - Order placed 5/29 with the dealer saying he has 5 total allocations for the year. I am #2 in line. So far no updates. In Ford order banks the status is still "Processing and unscheduled". Dealer is just outside of San Fran.

Just called SVT and they say it's in transit but cannot find the car #. Now my ETA has been moved to Sept 19. This is the hardest part waiting for it to be delivered.
