Just sold my 1991 vert and have $4G's to play with

I sold my 1991 vert and am putting the money in the cobra that I will be driving more now. Here what I'm thinking:

Bassani mid length header,x-pipe and Cat-back
MM XL-subframes
MM's Rear IRS Kit
MM Strut Tower brace
WMS CAL intake
03 Cobra rear bumper

or

If the heads have to come off since I have some bad value seals and may just install FR500 heads and cams as an alternative and tax time I will get the FR500 intake manifold

What do you guys think?

Bassani is good ,but its pricey. Wise decision on the suspension parts especially on a vert. Are you getting the Full WMS kit the one with the maf and upper elbow. I had that and loved it.
