In an excellent condition. Filter is more than clean enough to install as is without cleaning it. No holes, tears, or dried out element on the filter. Taken off of my dad's 04 Cobra with approximately 5000 miles on the intake. Includes everything you see in the pictures - original box, installation instruction, and all hardware zip-lock bagged, etc.
Very easy to install; especially with the rubber strip already installed on the head shield. The most time consuming part is taking out the factory airbox (this intake utilizes factory air tube).
K&N claims 30HP gain. I lol'd but it really wakes up the car with louder supercharger sound. The throttle response is fantastic with this intake.
