i had a set of KDW's on a svt contour back when they first came out. they've got good traction but they didn't last very long my dad was only getting around 9k miles out of them daily driven. as for the new ones don't know if they're comparable.

Kuhmo exsta MX. not quite as good traction wise but a little cheaper. Or you can never go wrong for the price of Nitto 555ZRs.

I have KDWS's and they are saposed to be a little better in wet weather and last a little longer, and they are fairly sticky. Those should be a little better.

You won't find them at Tire Rack and very few people give deals on them, but I spent a couple months trying to figure out which tires i was going to go with. I picked the Toyo T1S, and they have been awesome, wet or dry. They weren't cheap by any means, but they look incredible and are wearing very well.
