Kenn belle install and tune near Central PA

Anyone recommend a dynotune facility near Harrisburg Pa? I am 1.5 hrs from Baltimore and 2 hrs from Philly.Is the swap from Eaton to KB fairly easy? How long should it take and require any special tools, like pulley changer etc? I can do basic bolt ons but leave the hard stuff to the experts. I want to go KB with 20 psi, looking for 700 plus rwhp. Thanks.

700+ rwhp is very hard for a KB to do unless you will still be on juice. I am stroked, cammed, LTs, and there is debate weather I am there or not. The swap is not that hard no special tools that I can remember. There is a great tuner in Anderson SC one of the best. That may be alittle far for you.
