Interesting question how can I identify that this is a stage 3 kit? The car that this blower is installed is running 9.20's around 21lbs of boost.

It would have a boost a pump and I believe a few other things.What pulleys come with it and how old is the kit?

My friend decided to keep it and send it to Kenne Bell to get it upgraded to Liquid cooled setup.
