Not sure, someone else on here has one without an adjuster too. You may have to call Kenne Bell and see what is going on.

That's the correct one. KB no longer sells them with the adjuster knob, they are set to run at 17.0-17.3volts all the time. That plug on the side was for the adjuster, just disregard it.

As mentioned, theres no reason for the adjuster. It's made to run full time and its better that way.

Had a random thought, the BAP I got is the single 40amp because that's what I read I needed, is the dual one the correct one for the stock dual pump set up?

Nope - you only need the single, but you do need to do the wire upgrade also. Stock wiring isn't made to handle that juice.
