Kooks + e85 + AED

So as a lot of you know I recently took the jump to Kooks LTs (huge thanks to the hookup from Lethal Performance!) and figured while I was there might as well swap to a flex fuel tune. I live near Sacramento, so it's a no brainer to take the car to Shaun at AED here locally.

I was really hoping to see 526 rwhp by the end (thought it would be cool to keep the factory number but then the curve ball "to the wheel"). My 5.0 picked up about 48rwhp from longtubes, cai, tune On 91 so I didn't think I was asking for TOO much.

Let's just start with: the car is LOUD. At wot, almost too much for me. A lot more rasp at this point also so I may look into resonators or another muffler in the future. Right now I'm just happy to have it back. Here's a few pictures and the last one I'm sure everyone is waiting for

Haha nope very happy! A lot of people were stating it couldn't get there at all so I'm plenty please to see it there.

Funny enough Shaun and I were just discussing that. Yeah I debated putting the resonators back on but I like the idea of the H better.

Why the lopey idle? Should be smooth.

Also would have thought the dips in the curve around 33-3500 would be corrected with headers.

Seen some other graphs that clear that up but it may have been American Racing headers.

I have the factory intake. Waiting for an Airaid or maybe a Corsa intake.

Gotcha yea that intake with tune alone has been getting ppl around 20hp

No offense to JLT or anyone running it, just have never been a fan and prefer to wait for another company. Unfortunately I haven't seen anyone run a tune only versus tune+intake to see the difference of the JLT so not worth it right now to me.

Can't wait to see some other bolt ons developed for the car though!

That car has got to fly man.. that's an insane pick up from LT, E85, and a tune.
