Cool he is working there...but there service center is terrible, at least my experience

Been hit or miss there. Have been having my Edge serviced there while it's under warranty. No real big issues to report.

They did some work on my Cobra a couple years ago too and broke the shift knob. At least they ponied up for the cost of a new one, but still...
