JP: I'm sure those faces with the glaring eyes are enough to make me go, but at this point it's 90 to 95 percent sure I won't be.

Would a donation to the club be more appropriate? It's obvious you want people there to cover work areas, but it's also a fundraiser for the club.

As president of the club what is most important to you?

If the priority is fundraising I will donate, if the priority is having enough to make a good club turnout then I will probably still donate, but please NO MORE staring eyes.
