L vs bmw Z3

soo theres a guy here at school that has a bmw z3 roadster, and hes a pretty big prick and think he knows everything. well hes checked out my L before and ive seen him driving his z3 around. so im thinkin the inevitable is bound to happen...what do you guys think the outcome would be stock L vs. stock z3?

Pre 01L - It will be closer than you will like but a win none the less.
01+L - should be a win by a decent amount.

I believe the Pre 01Ls were low 14/high 13 second trucks and the 01+ Ls pulled high to mid 13s. (unless I am wrong here).. the Z3 is good for mid 14s with the 3.0L.

Have fun taking him down either way man.

thanks, I have a 00L. I know absolutely nothing about them so I thought I'd ask and see what you guys thought. He's told me how he would run away from me without any effort. I'm gona try to set things up and see if I can get it on video!

I raced one back when I had a mid-low 13 second wrx and walked him pretty bad. Assuming your truck is in that range you will be more than fine.

I ran into one of those with a toolbag driver. I was in my high 12 sec truck and beat him by about 14 cars. You should have no problem.

the m has 333 hp, the engine from the m3 thats the difference not a wimpy 2.5 or 3.0 v6

yeah the guy is a complete tool, and its just the normal Z3 not the m model... I'll try and get him to race.. I think he's cocky enough to do it
