Lash Adjuster/ Follower noise

Anyone had these troubles, I still have the rpm dependent ticking going on. Just thinking that this may be the problem..

We have seen this with people using Royal Purple Oil. It does not seat them like other brands do. We stopped using RP and never had this issue again. Happened a lot on the 3vs.
