LDC cooling mod leaking.... Need a quick fix

It's leaking from one of the fitting or hose. I really do not want to take the trans out to tighten 1 bolt or to tighten 1 hose clamp. Is there any possible way to get to the mod from up top? Any special tricks to save my self the hell? Thx.

See if you can get a longer ratcheting box ended wrench down there.
