leak on left side manifold

i have a leak on the end of my left side manifold where my X connects its a upr o/r x and the leak is just enough to drive you nuts.....the manifolds flange is fairly rusted, but i feel no open spaces with my fingers going around it.....i might just undo both nuts and maybe torque them to 25 ft lbs or so :shrug:

Mine had to be clamped on pretty good to not have a leak. When I remove it the collar was stuck to the flange and the flange was bent into an oval shape.
