LED tails fast signals

Just got done installing the led tail kit from American Muscle and noticed that the turn signal blinks as if a light is burnt out. All the lights front and back work properly and everything is hooked in properly. I was reading I might need this http://www.americanmuscle.com/raxiom-signal-relay-9604.html?source=igodigital If I do need it then that's that. Is it something else causing the problem?

Get a video of before and after and which route you went.
I keep thinking of doing this myself then I don't! Good luck either way.
