Update: So with the frps back on, I did another pull and it went lean at 4800rpm again. I sent the datalog to my tuner (kevin), and he said something in the computer is commanding it to go lean at 4800.
We started off fresh with a new base tune, and I am now able to get the car wide open to redline with a good mid 11 a/f ratio! Very happy the pumps are fine.

What injectors are you guys running, and what's your duty cycle? Ever think you might be out of injector?

Ya... after I read your above post about 'targetted wrong A/F' sounds like your tuner doesn't know about adaptive learning.... I would find a new tuner 
You must not know who Kevin Dunn is lmao. He was the first guy to tune a 03-04 Cobra on e85 back in like 2007 I believe.
