Ive been working with the paint for a while now, everything by hand, but theres just some stuff I cant beat. Top of rear bumper (flat surface parallel to the ground), and the really tiny swirls. I have tried to avoid black cars, but have done pretty poorly this time around, and until now I have always been pleased with what I could do by hand. I priced out everything that was recommended for a good detailing kit, and the prices got pretty outta control; a guy in dallas came highly recommended, and at a fraction of the price offer to do the same thing. I figure once every five years isnt a bad interval, and since its about to go into hibernation for 12-15 months whilst i fight the global war on terror/ save money for a KB I figure ill take care of this now.

The detailer said, "I always love doing black cars," which finalized the deal. Before and after pics to follow...
