lightning supercharger?

Does anyone know what all I would need to install a lightning s/c in my 97 f250 light duty p/u? someone is selling the s/c, lower intake, hoses, and cooler. I am expecting to need larger fuel pump, injectors, port/polish heads, headers, true dual exhaust and custom chip anything else?? thanx in advance Derek

well the comp is not he same on the L motor and your motor so if you are going to do it get a bigger pully for the s/c to bring the boost down or you will prob blow the pistons to the pavement:-D

And lower compression to 8.5 over1 or might get away with 9 over 1

Intake manifold would take some modifiing as your truck has non-PI heads and the ports are much different... PI ports are much larger..

You may be better off getting a magnacharger kit, or something else that would bolt right up...

Compression ratio isnt a big deal, stock compression ratio is only slightly higher than an L's..

You would also need I/C Pump, idler bracket, lower blower pulley & cage (Not sure if that will bolt right up to an older timing cover)

You will need the TB off an L as well as the intake boot & filter..

80 or 90mm MAF (depending on size of the boot you get)

And a ton of miscellaneous hoses...
