I checked one of the vendors web sites and it reads like it will work on any 99-04 Cobra or GT. Can you check the part # or send some pictures.
I am in Chelmsford MA. Close to you?

The lable on the box reads the following “U7142 Diablosport – Predator 03 Ford Supercharger”…Sorry, Don’t think it will work on your GT.
