Hello all! Just trying to figure out what people are using while installing their headers. I'm thinking about trying to put them on my 500 but watched a few videos on the 5.4 of our car and appears it can be a real pain in the rear. Was also thinking that studs might be better then bolts on the install? Thoughts?

If the stock studs will clear I'd run those. It's not a 5.4, but I have a mix of studs and bolts on mine. In some spots the tube didn't leave room for the stud. Or I needed a smaller diameter bolt head to get wrench in there.

Exactly, I did the same, mix of studs and bolts…they are nice for getting them hung, but studs can definitely be a bit too tight a fit to use on all locations.
