Looking for a good engine builder

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good engine builder to me. I'm looking for a 351 stroker engine that will run on pump gas. I checked out bennet racing,(382 stroker 580 horse on pump gas) tell me what you think. Has anyone done an efi swap on a older mustang.(68 fast back). I looking to do this but no one in aound g here has done it and just looking for advice on what might pose as a problem.
