Looking for a exhaust video of Bassani mid lengths with xpipe and flowmasters on a 03-04 Cobra. Sorry cant seem to find this.

I have a 99 Cobra with stock manifolds, Magnaflow hi-flow cats, Bassani X, and Flowmaster Super 44's. Everything is 2.5" and it sounds awesome, almost no raspiness, and I get compliments on it all the time from Ford guys, Chevy guys, import guys...everyone.

I don't have a clip of it, but if i remember this weekend i will try to grab a video/sound clip of it. I have a shitty camera, but i will see what it sounds like.


People say X pipe and Flow's sound like shit together....and really its X pipe and any chambered mufflers that sound like shit. But what smooths the sound out is the cats. I learned this because when i bought my car it was the Bassani X with no cats and MAC mufflers. I replaced the mufflers with the Super 44's and it sounded the same, like marbles in the exhaust at decel. Added the cats and it sounds beautiful.

flowmasters are garbage. funny how everyone hears the name and quivers, you want a real catback do a borla stinger, slp loudmouth, or magnaflow with 'packs'
