Looking for input on what stall ???

Looking to run a 4R70 trans in my car.. What stall should I go with ???

DETAILS:

-Procharged F1A 26 psi (should be 725-750 rwhp) (NOT dynoed yet waiting for trans install)
-NOT a DD...
-running 4.10's w/26.5 tire
-Mostly street driven but will be at the track....
