Looking for metal.

I am looking for a sheet of metal...perforated or stretched (like diamond grating or something similar). I've contacted some places I have found online but they all tell me their minimum order is 1000 bucks and I only need like a 4ft X 4ft piece. Im trying to build an enclosure for a guitar amp. Just thought I would try here to see if anyone could help me out. Thanks in advance.

go to a local metal shop or a welders place, ask if they will sell u a peace, n maybe u will get lucky, we have 4ft by 4ft peaces sittin in the scrap pile at work, but that is all the way out here in salisbury, md

Yeah, I think thats a bit too far away to go pick up. lol...anyways, thanks for the tip on checking welders places and things of that nature. I'll give it a try tomorrow.
