Looking for possible #'s for my setup.. any help?

My car was in the shop over at Trueblue performance out of Raleigh NC for almost a year.. The company went under.... blah blah blah

I just recently moved to Columbus Oh and have just set up a time to put my car in the shop to see what possible numbers my car can produce.

Think 650 rwhp is feesable with my setup?.. on pump gas?

I realize this is a shot in the Dark, but it's been so long that I no longer know what I'm looking for as far as power...

They are tunning with SCT ...

Any thoughts?

my buddy just put a turbo on his lightning.

Built motor and a single 76mm.

On 18psi it made 660/740.

With my setup I am not intercooled... this is probably something I need to invest in eh? I don't think the Meth alone will cover me, especially if I'm looking for 22-25lbs ??
