I'm sure it got lost with a server crash, but i SWEAR i remember reading an article in this section that showed how to modify the stock tach to be more accurate.

Does anyone remember this or did i bump my head? I mean, this was like 4years ago....

I assuming you tried every possible option in the search ?

yeah, i even did a search for "tach" and read pretty much EVERY thread that came up in this section.

I guess i could broaden it to the entire site....lol

i remember vaguely you take the pod out and there is a knob you can turn, and you check it against voltage or against a data logger....

your a genious!!! If i can find someone with a scanner, i'm going to be doing this mod.
