Looking to buy Terminator, what to look/advice?

I'm new to the 03/04 cars and experience is limited to reading. What should I look for in each year, is one preferred over the other? Ownership advice? I've driven a showroom stock 03 once, and fell in love. I'm in a position to buy one finally, but do not want to make a mistake. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Check the headrests, they tend to be in bad shape due to all the neck snapping torque, that causes quite a few melons to slam against them!
