Looking to spend 8-10k (Southeast)

Hey guys, I'm new here and think the site is awesome. Anyway, I have between 8-10k (maybe a little more) to spend. Looking for a 99-04 GT with some mods or would really love to get behind the wheel of a 03-04 Mach. Would like to see cars that are in the Southeast area. I live in Georgia about 30 miles south of Atlanta.

25,000 miles on the terminator motor (see all mods below) this car is TOO fast picture taken before the 2.76 billetflow blower pulley was put on and the car was tuned. It was only sprayed once for dyno tuning. Runs flawlessley like bran new only a bit faster. No problem hurting a new vipirs feelings w/o the spray.
