I found mine on 1993cobra.com
The corral does have a very active car market also...

FWIW, I tried calling a bunch of people off of autotrader.com, every one I called said that they sold their car like 3 months ago and autotrader will not take it off the site...just to let you know...

Craigslist and Ebay. I'm not a huge fan of the latter, but it is a good place to find certain cars and it can put you in contact with the owner.

I will say though, 2 low milage ones local to me sold on Ebay recently, and I thought they were great buys:

I use cars.com, craigslist, stangnet.com,allformustangs.com,and a few others as mentioned also local car magazine websites. All depends on what setup and miles you are looking for.
