Great job OP !!! Now you gona find out what is harder to accomplish , if getting lean and cut or putting a clean mass . I'm 6"4 240-245 ... Hard as hell to get my body fat to single digits and honestly IMO anybody over 200pds and lean is really hardest goal to accomplish
