Loud squeal when turning 03 cobra off

Hey everyone,
I just noticed there is some sort of loud squeal that is winding down as I shut of my 03 cobra. I had some one turn it off for me while I was under the hood and it sounds like its coming from the blower? Anyone have experience or heard of this? Thank you

could be bad pulley bearings or possibly alternator belt slipping or in need of some belt dressing.

Pull the belt off and start your car, give it a few seconds and then shut it down. At least you will know if it is the pullies or the belt itself then. While the belt is off take a look at it for cracking, if you find any get a new belt and try it.
