Lower Pulley question (Termy)

Can someone remind me what is a good combination of pulleys... I have a 2.76 and a 2.93. If I recall the setup most people prefer was the 2.93 with how large of a lower pulley? Was it 4, 6 or 8 lbs?

2.93 / 4lb is the proven combo - that's what I run
