Lower pulley

I just finished the install of my motor and the lower pulley driveing the whipple will not spinn. Has this happened to anyone....

The crank pulley? What exactly do you mean by not spin? Is it the stock?

yeah dude we need more info, have u tried to start it? how did u discover that it wont spin?, to my knowledge if it doesnt spin then its not runnin? am i wrong? someone correct me if im wrong.

sorry ...its the stock lower pulley that drives the roots blower. With the motor running the lower pulley does not spin but you can turn it by hand.
