Anybody know how much it costs on average to lower a 98 Cobra one inch? I would have all the parts installed professionally so I'd have to pay for labor. Thanks.

Depends on if you go to a large chain store like Monroe or a Tuffy. I don't know if you have those out in Illinois or not. Some small local shops could throw you a good deal.
Depending on the skill of the installer, look to pay from about 120-200 bucks.
