Been researching what LT headers to get and I keep reading in various threads people saying "Whatever you do don't use the O2 extensions". Just wondering if there is any truth to that and if so why. Thanks.

Ask beefcake what happens with bad O2 extensions. Most tuners will tell you not to use them.

^ this. Just spend the time working with the wiring and you should have enough slack to connect to the LTs
