I'll buy it and ship it to Andre, I sent him a headlight adjusting tool a while back with 0 problems. Its quite simple really, USPS priority mail flat rate envelope, $12 and he gets it in a week. if it was a phantom gauge I'd buy it for myself.

If its not that hard. I will send it to him. Will I need to do a customs form? Also, Andre, it does not have the sender to go in the transmission.

Do it online through usps.com, it fills out the customs form during the label creation. I ship all around the world every week and have yet to find a draw back to usps.com just put the value as less than $35 and make it a gift. Over $35 he'll be charged taxes possibly.
