Funny you ask. Just had an encounter with one myself this afternoon. Didn't actually get to run him... Let me explain.
I pulled up and gave the look, he glanced over but then just stared straight ahead. Wasn't sure if he was game or not, so I decided to give him the three count (horn). Right after the first honk, he punches it. After taking ~ a 1/2 car length on me, I punch it (in 3rd @ 75ish) and stop his forward progress dead in his tracks. I'd say we ran like this until 100+ but then caught up to traffic and had to back down.
He looks over and give the thumbs up, I was ripped and signaled to go again. He waved me off and took the upcoming exit.
Oh well, maybe next time. I'm still wondering what it would've been like if he had just waited. The car did seem to go very well.
