Mac longtube headers & TH400

Anyone run this combo and how is the clearance? Do the headers need to be removed to drop the trans?debating on going auto or magnum T56 with my TVS.

I would go auto and mac headers. I have a 4r70w and the drivers side 02 bung will need to be moved, mine came out straight into the pan. the headers at least one side will have to be removed to get trans out. other than that I love my boosted auto car, I don't miss the ole 6 speed at all. good luck
