I do more lurking than anything here but I know some of the Pittsburgh crew. I rarely post but I just made a little video and thought I'd throw it up here. I just got a video capturing devise for Christmas and went through some of my recent runs and made a little compilation. I hope you enjoy!

Nice to see a video of the car I have been reading about for a while now (I actually talked to ya about my setup once on stangnet). You and a few others made me go AFR/FTI for my setup and I am glad I did. Your car is wicked for a sled and N/A. I should be runnin low 12's as soon as I get my stock gears out and start on my 100% stock suspension. Shes sittin at 12.8's now  .

Thanks, I'm glad you all liked it. As for HP... well surprisingly enough the MOST the car ever made on a dynojet was 294/327SAE at the wheels when it was running 12.3 at 111mph. However, I actually dyno'd the car at the track immediately before before heading to the staging lanes the day I ran the times in the video and it made 304.3RWHP and 331.1rwtq SAE. I tuned it a little on the dyno with my eec tuner. I actually made 3 pulls, the first was 296.1rwhp/316.2rwtq and REALLY rich, the next pull I leaned it out some and it made 299.0rwhp and 329.1rwtq, it was still rich so I leaned it out a little more and made the 304/331. I'd had the :bs: raised a few times on my times because the people that only look at peak numbers can't seem to understand how with such little HP and so much weight that it runs what it does. The thing about the combo is that it makes a ton of power under the curve, especially in the rpm range I use going down the track. Here's my numbers in 250rpm increments from 4000-6000rpms:
rpm....rwhp.....rwtq
4000...246.6...323.8
4250...265.8...328.4
4500...283.2...330.5
4750...292.7...323.7
5000...297.5...312.5
5250...300.4...300.5
5500...304.3...290.6
5750...297.2...271.5
6000...287.2...251.4
it took exactly 4 seconds to accelerate from 4000rpms to 6000rpms on this pull in 4th gear. I hit 290rwhp right around 4600rpms and don't drop below that until ~5850, TQ hits 300 at 3500rpms and doesn't drop below that until ~5300. The HP/TQ curve is NICE AND FLAT. I don't have a scanner and the repeated pictures I have taken of it with my dig camera have never really turned out. I will have it scanned soon and up on my site.

 That's cool and I do remember talking to you. I know I say it all the time, but I couldn't be happier with my car and combo. It runs way better than I ever hoped it would, and yet its as streetable as it was stock. I can nail the throttle at 1500 and it just starts to go with no "herky-jerky" often felt in a cam'd car. I still get slightly over 20mpg which I think is increadible for the weight of the car and running 4.10's. If you are at a 12.8 now, I don't think you are far off in your guess. My gear ratio is perfect as I cross right around 5900rpms. I've been contemplating a switch to 4.30's though too as those "in the know" think the car could use just a tad more gear. :D I'm working on the suspension next as its all stock except for GW LCA's and subframe connectors. I think the rear will be left alone for now except for a set of strange adjustable shocks, but I already have castercamber plates and strange adjustable struts to hopefully go with my full PA racing tubular front end/coil over setup I'm planning to have before spring. My dad just did this to his NA FTI '91GT and went from a best ever of a 11.9 at 115 to a 11.8 at 117 on his first and only pass... the clutch let go in the water box on his second run.

Mine put down 294/326 SAE w/ a stock cobra intake, stock pulleys and the clutch fan. I want to get TMOSS to port the lower to the heads, convert to electric fan and I already added pulleys. My exact time was 12.85 @ 108 w/ a 1.90 60'. What tires do you run at the track and whats your 60' on a normal night?

o3SnakeBite- THANKS! Yeah, I get a lot of raised eyebrows when I show the car and tell people what it runs. I've made it a habit to carry my timeslips around, because if I don't I know people walk away thinking "yeah right" when I tell them my times. There is beginning to be quite a few quick NA 94-95's around the net lately.

TXRDRNR-THANKS! Here's a few more pics of it...

bTw985- I was wondering if anyone would notice that, or the mineral grey '99/'01 cobra in the other run. :coolman: The other convertible I raced in the first run was a supercharged 94-95 GT vert. I did get spanked by a lightening on my first run of tha day that I didn't get video of, he ran a 11.3 at 121 against me!

91lxcoupe- WOW, then you have a bit of power still left in that thing! I run both nitto drag radials and 4+yr old 26X10.5X16 ET streets mounted on stock 16X7 "waffle" wheels. My best run to date on my nitto DR's was a 12.33 at 110mph with a 1.67 60' and a 1.66 with the ET streets at 20lbs on my 12.1 run. Here's the slip:
