maf

It all depends on if you have had a tune to keep from spikeing the maf, just because it is reading low does not mean a failure, are there any driveability issues?
Try removing the sensor from the housing and gently blasting the wire element with some carb cleaner, and aftermarket filter that has been over oiled will get on the wire and cause issues.

Don't use Carb. Cleaner!

They make a Mass Air Flow Senser cleaner. Those sensors are so delicate, they say the only thing to use is the M.A.F cleaner. No Carb Cleaner!
