Maf screen

Hello everyone I’m sure this has been discussed hundreds of times. Installing a JLT cai on my 04 Cobra do I need to install the maf screen? Or can I run the car without?

I forgot about those. It won't hurt to run it, but it's not necessary IMO. I've never had one in my JLT and the MAF signal seems good.
