Do those axleback have internals?
How would they sound on longtubes with highflow cats with resonators

I have the GT500 Comp ones and they're essentially just muffler deletes. Loud enough for me to put bigger resonators in place of the stock ones. With LT it will be ridiculously loud.

I have magnaflow cat back, BBK cat delete x pipe and BBK long tube headers and they sound amazing. I get lots of compliments on how bad ass my system sounds. Is it loud. Hell yeah!

Only with certain headers.

My car is lower than your GT500 was with larger diameter headers and I don't have clearance issues.

Oh...and yes to your question. It's a solid choice for a an impatient person. ;-)

I think the competition axleback is just a muffler delete from what ive seen, and the competition cat back has an actual muffler.

Yep they are just pipe and tip. No internals. The pypes muffler deletes have resonators in the pipes to change the sound though.
